An error is currently causing that print of labels can fail when requesting print from individual shipments. Bulk printing of labels from the shipment overview can also fail due to this error.
If the shipment was booked in myDSV this temporary work around can be used:
- Open the shipment from your shipment overview
- Click the booking number at the top of the screen
- Print the label directly from the booking.
Labels that are automatically printed when bookings are created, are not affected by this issue.
